Tom Lin, owner of Twin Oaks Homes, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), who has earned the recognition of becoming a Certified Green Professional (CGP). These designations identify him as one of the building industry's top professionals. Tom received his Bachelors of Science Degrees from Texas Tech University with dual degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering.
